Dan Nou is a real estate developer, investor, entrepreneur, financier, and life/wealth mentor whose journey from surviving the Khmer Rouge to building a successful career has deeply shaped his approach to business, wealth, and opportunity.
Born in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Dan and his family lost everything under the Khmer Rouge. After five years of war, famine, and hardship, they escaped to safety and eventually immigrated to Canada.
At 19, following a profound spiritual turning point, Dan became a Buddhist monk, spending years studying mindfulness, martial arts, and spiritual philosophy. This experience became a foundation for the discipline, perspective, and resilience he brings to his work today.
